PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
The Springville City Planning Commission will consider the following item(s) at the public meeting scheduled for Tuesday, December 12, 2023 at 7:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers, located at 110 South Main Street. The public is invited to attend and comment on the following:
1) Springville Community Development requests amendments to Springville Code Title 11 Chapter 2 Article 3 Board of Adjustment to comply with Title 10 Chapter 9a Part 7 UCA Appeal Authority and Variances.
2) Springville Community Development seeking a recommendation to adopt the 1600 South Area Plan.
