2023 NOTICE OF MUNICIPAL PRIMARY ELECTION

SEPTEMBER 05, 2023

The Springville City 2023 Primary Election is being conducted primarily by mail, for which eligible registered voters in Springville City will be mailed a ballot. Election Day Vote Centers will be available on Election Day, Tuesday, September 5th, 2023, for those who did not receive a ballot, misplaced their ballot, need the ADA amenities of an electronic voting machine, or prefer to vote in person. Identification is required to vote in person. Ballot drop boxes and a list of ID options are available at www.utahcounty.vote. Information relating to the election may be obtained from the following sources: www.utahcounty.votewww.vote.utah.gov; 100 E Center Street, Suite 3100, Provo, Utah 84646; or by contacting the Elections Office at 801.851.8128.

NOTE: SAME-DAY Voter Registration is available at Election Day Vote Centers for which both valid identification and proof of residency are required.

BALLOTS RETURNED BY MAIL: Ballots returned by mail must be POSTMARKED by no later than Election Day, September 5th, 2023, to be valid. We encourage voters to mail their ballot by Friday, September 1st to ensure it is postmarked timely.
