PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

The Springville City Planning Commission will consider the following item(s) at the public meeting scheduled for Tuesday, August 22, 2023 at 7:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers, located at 110 South Main Street. The public is invited to attend and comment on the following:

• Springville Rising, LLC seeking to amend the Springville City Code 11-3-402 Definitions, 11-4-301 Land Use Matrix and 11-7-204 General Criteria to adopt a new Conditional Use: Historic Residential Re-use.
