Springville City Council hereby gives notice of the adoption of Ordinance #10-2023, amending Springville City Official Zone Map from Professional Office (PO) Zone to the Neighborhood Commercial (NC) Zone for property generally located on the northeast corner of 400 South and Wood Springs Drive; specifically, the property described in Exhibit A “legal description” and including parcel 66:458:0014; at their regular meeting held on June 06, 2023, at 7:00 p.m. in the Civic Center Council Chambers, 110 South Main, Springville.
