2023 Notice of Municipal Election – Candidate Filing

In accordance with UCA Section 10-3-301, notice is hereby given that the following positions are to be voted upon in the City of Springville Municipal General Election on November 07, 2023.

Three (3) At-Large City Council seats each a 4-year term

January 2024 – January 2028

If a primary election is needed, it will be held on August 15, 2023.

The constitutional and statutory qualification requirements for municipal office are:

1. The person is a registered voter in Springville City.
2. The person will be at least 18 years old at the time of the next election.
3. The person is a legal resident of Springville City for 12 consecutive months immediately preceding the date of the election.
4. The person has not been convicted of a felony.

DECLARATION OF CANDIDACY SUBMISSION: JUNE 01-07, 2023 (excluding Saturday and Sunday) 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. in person at the City Recorder’s Office, 110 South Main Street, in Springville and pay the $30.00 filing fee.
