PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
The Springville City Planning Commission will consider the following item(s) at the public meeting scheduled for Tuesday, September 13, 2022 at 7:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers, located at 110 South Main Street. The public is invited to attend and comment on the following:
Carla Amor seeking an amendment to the Official Zone Map from the R2 Single/Two-Family Residential Zone to the R1-5 Single-Family Residential Zone located at 85 S 800 E.
Springville Community Development requests amendments to the Moderate Income Housing Element of the General Plan for compliance with 2022 House Bill 462.
Lafferty Communities requests amendment to the Westfields Central New Neighborhood Plan to increase the maximum height from 35 feet to 45 feet to permit 3 1/2 stories on certain townhomes and loft homes, on interior lots not facing existing neighborhoods.
