PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
The Springville City Planning Commission will consider the following item(s) at the public meeting scheduled for Tuesday, June 14, 2022 at 7:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers, located at 110 South Main Street. The public is invited to attend and comment on the following:
Springville Community Development requests an amendment to 11-4-406 Height of Buildings to increase the height of Accessory uses from 15 feet to 17.5 feet in the R1-10 and R1-8 Zones.
Springville Community Development requests amendments to the Westfields Central New Neighborhood Plan to rectify setbacks and other dimensional regulations related to the lot type standards.
Lafferty Communities requests amendments to the Westfields Central New Neighborhood Plan to reduce the side setback and adopt standards for side yard reciprocal easements for the cottage lot type.
