Board of Adjustment February 7, 2022


The Springville City Board of Adjustment will consider the following item at the public meeting scheduled for Monday, February 7, 2022 at 6:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers, located at 110 South Main Street. The public is invited to attend and comment on the following:

Tom S. Smith requests a variance from the primary use minimum required setback from the rear yard property line of 30 feet in the R1-15 Zone for the property located at 2445 Canyon Road to construct an addition to the home that would extend to between 19 feet and 12 feet from the rear property line.
