Lessons
This is an instructional tennis program for boys and girls ages 8 to 18 with beginner, intermediate, or advanced skills. The fee is $60. Players need to bring their own racket and will be grouped together according to skill. Sessions will be held at the lower Arts Park tennis courts. There will be a 6:1 teacher/student ratio, which means more instruction and contact with the ball.

Youth Tennis League
The Youth Tennis League is a coed league for experienced tennis players ages 10 to 14. The fee is $110 with a limit of 40 boys and 20 girls.
Practices and matches will be held in Springville. League dates are Monday through Thursday in June from 8:30am to 10:00am. They include tennis drills and coaching with 4 matches during the season, ending with a final tournament at the end of June.
Please only sign your child up for this league if they have tennis experience. They must be able to serve and have a 2-3 ball rally in order to play in this league.

Rec1 Online Registration
Registration is online 24 hours a day and 7 days a week through the Rec1 system. Users must create a family account and log in to register. If you have difficulties with Rec1 online registration, please call the Rec office during regular business hours at (801) 489-2730. If you forget your password, please call and it can be reset. Please do not create multiple accounts to register your participant. Most registration problems can be solved quickly over the telephone. Recreation staff can help by phone, so coming to the office isn’t necessary unless you are paying with cash or a check.
