Refund Policy for Sports & Programs
- If a program or league is cancelled by Springville Parks & Recreation, a full refund will be given.
- Refund requests for sports/programs which are received before the registration deadline are eligible a full refund, minus a $5 processing fee.
- Refund requests for sports/programs which are received after the registration deadline, but before teams are formed are eligible a full refund, minus a $10 processing fee.
- Refund requests for sports/programs which are received after teams are formed, but before the season/program start date are eligible for a refund, minus 25% cancellation fee and $10 processing fee.
- Refund requests received after the season/program start date are not eligible for refunds.
Special exceptions may be made on a case by case basis, at the discretion of the Recreation Supervisor. To request a refund, please contact our Parks & Recreation office at 801-489-2730, or via email at recreation@springville.org

Dogs
Dogs and other animals aren’t allowed at Recreation programs. Prepare yourself for sad dog faces.
Illness
Please screen all participants and spectators at home for illness before coming to practices and games. Do not attend if there are any symptoms. Please observe precautions such as social distance, sanitizing hands, and wear a mask if you feel you should.
Schedules
League Game Schedules may be revised due to weather or other conditions. Check back to reprint if necessary. Practices are held at the discretion of each coach. The Rain Out Hotline is updated after 4:30 pm as needed. (801) 489-5781
