- Firefighter 1
- Firefighter 2
- Hazardous Materials Awareness
- Hazardous Materials Operations
- Wildland Firefighter 1
Volunteer/Reserve Requirements
- Must live in Springville City limits
- Must be a high school graduate or equivalent.
- Possession of an appropriate driver’s license on the date of application
- Pass a background check
- Pass a drug screen
- Pass a physical examination
- Maintain physical conditions essential to firefighter duties
- The capability of lifting 100 lbs. while wearing heavy protective equipment
