Come enjoy an amazing event class in honor of mental health awareness month! The first 45min we will be learning about “The 5 pillars to living an extraordinary Life” with Life Coach Jenna Gines, and then we will have a 45min sound bath from yoga and meditation instructor Karen Tao. We will provide yoga mats but feel free to bring your own if you’d like along with blankets or pillows!
