Planning Commission Public Hearing Notice

PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

The Springville City Planning Commission will consider the following item(s) at the public meeting scheduled for Tuesday, January 24, 2023 at 7:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers, located at 110 South Main Street. The public is invited to attend and comment on the following:

• Lafferty Communities requests amendments to the Westfields Central New Neighborhood Plan to eliminate the rear setback for the cottage lot type.
•  Springville Community Development requests amendments to the Moderate Income Housing Element of the General Plan for compliance with 2022 House Bill 462.
