Springville City Art City Days is a great way to start the summer! This annual celebration is filled with plenty of family friendly fun suitable for all ages.
Free Admission For Most Events!
Saturday, June 6 Springville Arena: Hometown Rodeo. Pre-show starts at 6:30 and the main events begin at 7 pm. Admission is $5 per person or $25 per carload.
Monday, June 8 Arts Park Main Stage: Free Family Outdoor Movie, “Frozen II”. Movie begins at dusk, approximately 9 pm. Bring blankets and lawn chairs and find a comfortable spot for viewing under the stars. Bring your own picnic snacks, or enjoy concessions provided by local Food Trucks. Admission is free to the public.
Thursday, June 11 UAMPS Stage at Civic Center Park: Battle of the Bands sponsored by Mountain Rock Music. Check out great local bands performing beginning at 7 pm. Admission is free to the public.
Friday and Saturday June 11 – 12 Balloon Fest sponsored by W.W. Clyde Companies. NEW for 2020 – Friday night Balloon Glow at Meadow Brook Elementary. Show up early both Friday and Saturday mornings and watch the hot air balloons inflate and launch at the new location at Art City Elementary. Admission is free to the public.
Friday, June 12 Arts Park Main Stage: Talent Festival. Local groups and individuals will perform beginning at 7 pm. Bring your own picnic snacks, or enjoy concessions provided by local Food Trucks. Admission is free to the public.
Fridays / Saturdays / Mondays in June: Springville Playhouse presents “Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat”.
Saturday June 13 Arts Park Main Stage: Free Family Concert. Free admission to this family concert with a fantastic Band TBA. Show begins at 8 pm. Bring a blanket and chairs since bleacher seating is limited, and enjoy this evening of fun, family friendly entertainment. Bring your own picnic snacks, or enjoy concessions provided by local Food Trucks. Admission is free to the public, followed by Fireworks at approximately 10 pm.
Fireworks – After the concert is the annual Art City Days fireworks extravaganza! A great finale’ to the festivities with oohs and aahhs all around! Choreographed explosions set to a musical background broadcast on 99.9 FM. You’ll view this this spectacular, colorful show in the Springville skies at approximately 10 pm over the Arts Park, 700 South 1300 East. Admission is free to the public.
