Transfer Utilities

The Transfer Utilities form below is to be filled out only when transferring utility services from one Springville residence to another Springville residence. Springville City does not connect or disconnect utilities on weekends or holidays. Work orders are processed Monday thru Friday. Dates requested for a weekend or holiday will be processed on the next business day.

Terminate Utilities

You will need to contact the city you are moving to directly to sign-up for their utility services.
