Springville City and Xpress Bill Pay have partnered to provide new and exciting services for you. You can now sign up for new utility service with Springville City and Xpress Bill Pay will take your application online. When you click the link you will be directed to Xpress Bill Pay. You will need to create a login, and then select “New Utility Sign Up” to begin the process.
Upon completion of the new account application, Springville City will be notified of your request and will get your new service initiated.
The partnership between Springville City and Xpress Bill Pay provides many choices to manage your new utility account. You can setup automatic payments, access account history, payment history and much more. You can also choose to have receive electronic notification when a bill is available and due.
