Celebrate Downtown!
You may have noticed big things happening DOWNTOWN! The Carnival and Food / Craft Booths are back downtown for Art City Days! Many more events are held in various locations throughout Springville, so don’t miss the fun! Plenty of family activities including the annual Balloon Fest where you are close to hot air balloons and watch them inflate and lift off this Friday and Saturday morning! Try the Medallion Hunt and Eye Spy Photo contests where big prizes are at stake just by looking in and around Springville. Enjoy the art of Cake Decorating where you can observe edible masterpieces being created. There are lots of activities aimed especially for kids like Fun-A-Rama, the Children’s Parade, and of course the Children’s Art Festival at the Museum. Enjoy Concerts in the parks, free Quilt Show, free Art City Autobody Car Show, free tours of the DUP Pioneer Museum, free Legends Motorcycle Show and BBQ. Art City Days is Best of Utah Valley
It’s no wonder that Art City Days has been awarded “Best of Utah Valley” for three years in a row! Celebrate Downtown and check out all of the events and festivities by clicking ART CITY DAYS. Buy tickets for Lou Gramm – The Voice of Foreigner in concert! Tickets are just $10 in advance and $15 the day of show. Clues for the Eye Spy Photo Contest are posted, which is a fun activity for families and youth groups. Saturday, June 1st kicks it into high gear with the Nestle 5K Family Fun Run/Walk, Springville Talent Festival, and the Art City Days Hometown Rodeo. There will be a myriad of activities and events for all ages, and most are free to the public. There are concerts, contests, parades, carnival, fireworks, hot air balloons, children’s art festival, and so much more! Art City Days is very happy to bring Lou Gramm-The Voice of Foreigner in concert! Tickets are $10 in advance and $15 the day of the show. Some of the Art City Days events require preregistration to participate, such as Tennis Tournament - Cake Decorating - Baby Photo Contest – Grand Parade - Hot Dog Eating Contest so hurry before the deadlines. Spring Clean Up for 2013 will be held the last 2 weekends in April – April 19-20th and April 26-27th at the following parks – Spring Creek Park, Memorial Park, Child Park, Hobble Creek Park, Big Hollow Park, Kelvin Grove Park, and Art Wing Park. A coupon for one free dump at the Transfer Station (SUVSWD) will be included in April’s utility bill. Please note the items that are UNACCEPTABLE for dumpsters or coupons:
