PARADES

If you have a group or organization that would like to be in the Art City Days Grand Parade, please register by filling out a 2016 Parade Registration Form. The 2016 deadline is May 20 at 4 pm. Entrants will be notified in advance with a parade number and the spot to line up. Please email artcitydays@springville.org or call (801)489-2730 with any questions.

Children’s Parade – Friday, June 10th at 10 am

Grand Parade – Saturday, June 11th at 10 am

Children’s Parade – Kids of elementary school age and younger will have a chance to decorate their bikes, tricycles, scooters, big wheels, wagons and celebrate Art City Days at the TLC for Kids Children’s Parade. The parade begins at 10 am on Friday June 10 at Grant School (105 South 400 East). Admission is free. Everyone is encouraged to dress up and decorate your entry. Please, no motorized entries.

Grand Parade – Voted one of the best parades in Utah County for the last three years! The Springville Grand Parade on Saturday, June 11 begins at 10 am sharp! Over 100 entries of marching bands, floats, antique vehicles, equestrian and more will make its way through downtown Springville. The parade begins at Buckley and 400 South, travels west and turns north on Main Street. The end of the parade is Main Street and 200 North. Click this link to see a map of the parade route. Once again this year an announcer will be stationed in front of the park at 50 South Main to introduce and describe the parade entries as they make their way up Main Street. Blankets and/or chairs can be set up along the parade route with property owner’s permission, and DO NOT BLOCK DRIVEWAYS OR SIDEWALKS. Be aware that automatic sprinklers may damage items put out along the parade route.
