The library offers a variety of rental options for individuals and groups looking for a venue. The large, open area upstairs boasts an east-facing wall of windows overlooking Hobble Creek, the spacious meeting room downstairs comes equipped with modern audio-visual equipment and the library’s board room is perfect for important meetings or private lunches. The library features a dramatic and beautiful staircase which is ideal for photographing a large party.

How much time in advance should I schedule my rental?
Your rental can be scheduled up to three months in advance and at least two weeks before the event.
What are the rooms I can rent?
The library has a total of three spaces that may be rented. Two of the rooms accommodate large groups: the upstairs space, and the downstairs meeting room. A small conference room is suitable for groups less than 12 and is available on a limited basis for meetings only.
When are rooms available to rent?
The upstairs space is available for rental when the library is closed: Friday evenings from 6:30-10:30 pm and Saturday evenings from 4:30-10:30 pm.
The downstairs multi-purpose room is available for meeting rentals throughout the day and evening, as scheduling permits. For events that require décor and food set-up (receptions, parties, etc), this room is only available on Friday evenings from 6:30-10:30pm and Saturday evenings from 4:30-10:30pm.
