For this class you cannot drop off your child. You will need to stay in the facility.

*Reservation policy: Classes do fill up, reservations will be honored up till five min per class time. After that your spot will be forfeited to standby. There is no saving spots.

Water also acts as a form of resistance, so strength exercises can be performed in the water without heavy weights. Performing strength exercises and using resistance will increase flexibility and balance and decrease bone and muscle loss.

Drums Alive

It is a unique sensory/motor program that is designed to give the mind and body instant feedback through continuous movement and rhythmical flow. It is a program that utilizes “whole brain – whole body” thinking by developing sensory motor reflexes and kinesthetic awareness. The physiological and psychological benefits are numerous including those found in traditional forms of aerobic fitness. Drumming has also been found to improve and increase the neurological connection between the 2 brain hemispheres, stimulating Alpha brain wave activity which can lead to higher levels of concentration, sensory/motor improvement, and an overall sense of well being.

The focus is on proper cycle technique, body alignment, and cardio drills. The use of technology is also utilized to project metrics of your ride (RPM, speed, heart rate, etc.) during class.

*Same format as our FIT classes and for this class only, strollers are allowed to be on the turf with the parent. Children must remain in stroller at all times. Other children with same parent are not allowed in class. Instructor is required to ask child and parent to leave class if these guidelines are not followed.
