NOTICE OF INTENT TO COMMENCE THE PREPARATION OF AMENDING ITS MASTER PLAN, IMPACT FEE FACILITIES PLAN, AND IMPACT FEE ANALYSIS FOR THE STORM WATER SYSTEM

Pursuant to the provisions of 11-36a-501 and 503 of the Utah Code, notice is hereby provided that Springville City, a municipality of the State of Utah, located in Utah County, Utah intends to commence the preparation of amending its Master Plan, Impact Fee Facilities Plan, and Impact Fee Analysis for the Storm Water System.
The geographical area where the proposed impact fee facilities will be located and the impact fee assessed is throughout the entire Springville City limits.
All interested persons are hereby invited to provide information for the City to consider in the process of preparing, adopting, and implementing, or amending the referenced documents.
