Planning Commission Public Hearing Notice

PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

The Springville City Planning Commission will consider the following item(s) at the public meeting scheduled for Tuesday, April 22, 2025 at 7:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers, located at 110 South Main Street. The public is invited to attend and comment on the following:

• Springville City Community Development seeking to amend the Springville City Code Title 11 Chapter 4 Article 4 Establishment of Zoning and Title 11 Chapter 4 Article 102 Purpose of Zoning Districts to include Retail Commercial Manufacturing (RCM) Zone.
•  Sunpro Corporation requests approval of a development agreement with Springville City for the development of property historically known as the Suntana Property located at approximately 1750 West 1600 S, Springville, Utah.
•  Paul Washburn is seeking a recommendation to amend Section 11-6-130(3), Protection of Creek Corridors, of Springville City Code.
