Planning Commission Public Hearing Notice

PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

The Springville City Planning Commission will consider the following item(s) at the public meeting scheduled for Tuesday, March 25, 2025 at 7:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers, located at 110 South Main Street. The public is invited to attend and comment on the following:

• Paul Washburn is seeking a recommendation to amend Section 11-6-130(3), Protection of Creek Corridors, of Springville City Code.
• Kevin Brooke seeking approval for a shared parking agreement between two uses on the same property at 2373 W 700 S within the HC-Highway Commercial Zone.
• Springville City Community Development is seeking a recommendation to adopt Section 11-6-135 of Springville City Code, concerning land use application expirations.
• Springville City Community Development seeking to amend the Springville City Code Title 11 Chapter 4 Article 4 Establishment of Zoning and Title 11 Chapter 4 Article 102 Purpose of Zoning Districts to include Retail Commercial Manufacturing (RCM) Zone.
• Sunpro Corporation requests approval of a development agreement with Springville City for the development of property historically known as the Suntana Property located at approximately 1750 West 2800 N, Springville, Utah and comprising parcels 26:050:0040, 26:050:0041, 26:050:0051, and parcel 26:049:0057.
