PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
The Springville City Planning Commission will consider the following item(s) at the public meeting scheduled for Tuesday, January 14, 2025 at 7:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers, located at 110 South Main Street. The public is invited to attend and comment on the following:
1) Eternal Spring, LLC requesting to amend Springville City Code Title 11 Chapter 5 Overlay District Regulations to add Senior Housing Overlay Zone.
2) Edward Axley, of UBA Development, requests amendment to the Lakeside Landing Special Overlay District, to amend the regulating plan to adjust the transect designations, block geometry, and thoroughfare configuration of the Southern Part; and to add architectural design standards applicable to the Southern Part.
