Public Hearing Notice Planning Commission

PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

The Springville City Planning Commission will consider the following item(s) at the public meeting scheduled for Tuesday, November 26, 2024 at 7:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers, located at 110 South Main Street. The public is invited to attend and comment on the following:

• Gary Riness of Lafferty Communities requests an amendment to the Westfields Central New Neighborhood Plan to eliminate the prohibition against artificial wood textured siding surfaces.
• Springville Public Works requests a recommendation on the adoption of the Transportation Impact Fee Analysis.
• Springville Public Safety requests a recommendation on the adoption of the Public Safety Master Plan, Impact Fee Facility Plan, and Impact Fee Analysis.
