Planning Commission Public Hearing Notice

PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

The Springville City Planning Commission will consider the following items at the public meeting scheduled for Tuesday, October 22, 2024, at 7:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers at 110 South Main Street. The public is invited to attend and comment on the following:

• Springville Public Works requests a recommendation on the approval of the Sewer Collection Master Plan, Impact Fee Facility Plan, and Impact Fee Analysis.
• Springville Public Works requests a recommendation on the adoption of the Waste Water Treatment Plant Master Plan, Impact Fee Facility Plan, and Impact Fee Analysis.
• Edward Axley, of UBA Development, requests amendment to the Lakeside Landing Special Overlay District, to amend the regulating plan to adjust the transect designations, block geometry, and thoroughfare configuration of the Southern Part; and to add architectural design standards applicable to the Southern Part.
• Deborah Lamb, on behalf of the Ivan Scovil Living Trust, requests an amendment of the official zoning map from R1-15 to R1-8 for the property generally located at 1355 W Center Street, Springville, Utah.
