Planning Commission Public Hearing Notice

PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

The Springville City Planning Commission will consider the following item(s) at the public meeting scheduled for Tuesday, October 8, 2024 at 7:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers, located at 110 South Main Street. The public is invited to attend and comment on the following:

• Springville Public Works requests a recommendation on the adoption of the Storm Water Master Plan, Impact Fee Facility Plan, and Impact Fee Analysis.
• Springville Public Works requests a recommendation on the adoption of the Pressurized Irrigation Water Master Plan, Impact Fee Facilities Plan, and Impact Fee Analysis.
• Springville Public Works requests a recommendation on the adoption of the Drinking Water Master Plan, Impact Fee Facilities Plan, and Impact Fee Analysis.
