Planning Commission Public Hearing Notice

PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

The Springville City Planning Commission will consider the following items at the public meeting scheduled for Wednesday, September 24, 2024 at 7:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers, located at 110 South Main Street. The public is invited to attend and comment on the following:

• Wasatch Machine Hydraulics requests an amendment to Title 11 Chapter 3 Article 402 to amend the definition of Automotive Repair, Minor to include hydraulic repair.
• Travis Menlove requests that the General Plan Map be amended from the Low-Density Residential to the Medium-Density Residential land use category for properties located at 920 East Center, 928 East Center and 919 East 100 South.
• Travis Menlove requests that the Official Zone Map be amended from the R1-10 Zone to the R2 Zone for properties located at 920 East Center, 928 East Center, and 919 East 100 South.
• LGI Homes requests approval of a development agreement with Springville City for the development of property within the Lakeside Landing Special District Overlay.
• Springville City Power Department 2024 Update to the Power Capital Facility Plan (CFP) and Master Plan, Impact Fee Facility Plan (IFFP) and Impact Fee Analysis (IFA) as per the Utah State Impact Fee Act.
