Notice is hereby given that a Springville City Employee Appeal Board Meeting will be held electronically on Friday, September 13, 2024, at 11:00 a.m.

1. Discuss scheduling and logistical details of an employee appeal hearing, currently set for September 16 and 17, 2024.
2. Consider and address outstanding pre-hearing motions and objections.

The meeting may be closed, in part, to discuss (1) the character or professional competence of an individual; and (2) strategy on the pending litigation of the employee appeal.
