PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

The Springville City Planning Commission will consider the following item(s) at the public meeting scheduled for Tuesday, March 14, 2023 at 7:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers, located at 110 South Main Street. The public is invited to attend and comment on the following:

• Springville Community Development requests amendments to the Westfields Central New Neighborhood Plan to establish criteria for eave type and width, and to clarify that the open side of certain unit types face the street side yard on corner lots.
• Lafferty Communities requests an amendment to the Westfields Central New Neighborhood Plan to decrease the minimum lot width of the middle lot in the Three Townhouse Estate Lot Type from thirty feet to twenty-eight feet.
