PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
The Springville City Planning Commission will consider the following item(s) at the public meeting scheduled for Tuesday, April 26, 2022 at 6:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers, located at 110 South Main Street. The public is invited to attend and comment on the following:
Springville Building & Grounds Department requesting an amendment to the General Plan, Chapter 6, ‘Parks, Trails & Recreation’, regarding and adopting the new Parks, Trails and Recreation Master Plan.
Springville Building & Grounds Department requesting an amendment to Springville code 11-6-207—Right of way Park Strip Improvements for the purpose of street tree revisions.
Springville City seeking an amendment to Springville City Code, Section 11-6-313, Specific Sign Regulations.
Springville City seeking amendments to Springville City Code, Sections 11-7-402(2)(g)(vii); and 14-2-104(2)(kk), concerning wetland reports.
