Election Results

Preliminary election results were released and posted on Utah County’s website at UtahCountyOnline.org  on November 7 sometime after 8:00 p.m. There will be large numbers of ballots received on election night and in the mail over the next two weeks. The County Elections Office will process these daily and will release subsequent results around 3:00 p.m. on November 9, 14, and 17.

The final numbers will be released to the city on Tuesday, November 21, the day that the Springville City Council will canvass the results in the scheduled city council meeting.

Safe Trick-Or-Treat

Remember Safe Trick-Or-Treating on October 31 from 3-5 pm, located downtown Springville between Center Street and 400 South on both sides of the road, see diagram below.  Come and join the fun!

Temporary PI Shut Off

Pressurized irrigation water will be turned off temporarily on Friday, October 20, 2017 to homes southwest of 800 South and 950 West while crews are installing new PI lines in 950 West.  The weather is cool enough now that you can turn off your sprinklers and winterize your system.  The City will be shutting down the entire pressurized irrigation system for the season on Friday, October 27th.

Kid Entrepreneur Market

On Monday, October 9th the Springville Farmers Market will also include a “Kids Entrepreneur Market”. In addition to the regular local produce and craft vendors, kids up to age 16 can set up a free booth to sell their wares! Young entrepreneurs can bring unique crafts, treats, art, and other goods to be sold at this week’s Farmers Market. Bring your own table, canopy, and chairs. Kids sell from 6 to 8 pm. Farmers Market Continues

Springville Farmers Market – Monday evenings 5 pm to 9 pm through October 23rd on the lawn at Springville Museum of Art, 126 East 400 South. New themes and activities are planned for each week. A variety of great local FOOD TRUCKS will also be at the weekly Farmers Market!

32nd Annual Spiritual & Religious Art of Utah Opening Reception

Opening Reception and Artists in Conversation to be held October 18, 2017 from 6 – 8 pm at the Springville Museum of Art.

The Springville Museum of Art  invites all Utah artists to enter this exhibition which celebrates the diversity of religious experience and belief in our community. Using different media to express these ideas artists create works which will engage and inspire viewers to contemplate and reflect on the vibrant spiritual traditions we share.
