Yard Sale Listing and Permit
Would you like to list your Springville City yard sale on springville.org? Just fill out this easy form and submit it. Once you have submitted the form we will review the request and notify you via e-mail when it is approved. After approval it will show up on the site until after the date of the yard sale.
Garage or yard sales are allowed in all residential zones and all properties used residentially. Such sale is limited to no more than two (2) consecutive days and no more than three such sales may be conducted from the same property in any 12-month period.
It is unlawful for any person to erect or construct any sign above, over, in, or around any part of any public street within the limits of the City. The word "sign" as used herein shall mean any sign, signpost, signboard, arch, merchandise, material, flag, banner, rack, fence, vehicle, object or structure, used in any way for advertisement purposes, which is erected, located, deposited, or placed above, over, in, on, or around any street.
I, the undersigned, do hereby make application for a Garage/Yard Sale Permit, pursuant to the provisions of Section 11-6-115 of Springville City Code "Garage, yard, house or apartment sale: Allowed in all residential zones and all properties used residentially. Such use shall be limited to two consecutive days and no more than three such sales may be conducted from the same property in any 12-month period." and agree to comply with the provisions of Section 4-3-4 regarding the placement of signs.
