Monthly charges will cease to be charged when the renter or owner submits the form below or contacts the Treasurer's Office at (801) 489-2700 and requests termination of the account. A final billing will be sent based upon readings taken when the termination was requested. Requests for termination submitted after 10:00 am will be disconnected the following business day.
