Thanks for a successful summer. Programs were better attended than ever, a testament to fantastic programming by our children's staff. Join us on Sept. 9 for story time.

It's a color luau at the Arts Park on Aug. 5 at 10:30 am! Bring your kids dressed in their favorite colors. Make sure they have their summer reading pamphlets with them. They are the entrance tickets.

Summer Reading is coming to an end. How have you teens and adults done on your bingo cards? Teens, bring your cards to the Summer Reading Party at the Arts Park on Aug. 7, at 6pm. Adults, turn yours in at the checkout desk by Aug 7. We'll draw for many excellent prizes.

Thanks to everyone who came to the meeting on Feb. 19 to discuss the new library. We still need your help. Please come to the next meeting on March 12 to see how the architects utilized your suggestions in the design of the new building. Give your input on the exterior look of the building.

Try learning a language through our website. Click on "Sites/Links," then on "Learn a Language." You will need your library card number when not in the library. This site offers many languages and user-friendly lessons. Try it out!
