Registration is open from April 18th through May 27th, 2016.
Leagues are based on school grade coming up in the fall.

For girls going in to 7th, 8th and 9th grades in the fall of 2016. Register online or in office from April 18 through May 27, 2016.  Minimum 7 girls per squad for program to carry. The cost for 7th & 8th grades is $180. The cost for 9th grade is $210.  After the registration deadline there is a $10 late fee in addition to the regular cost. Non-Springville residents must also add $10 non-resident fee. Squads are assigned to cheer for a tackle football team and game schedules will be posted before the fall playing season begins. It is highly recommended to attend the SHS Mini Cheer Clinic for ages 3 yrs to 9th grade (info below) to learn half time dances and sideline cheers.

SHS MINI CHEER CLINIC: Participants learn dances, cheers and chants from SHS cheerleaders. This is a great opportunity to build skills and create friends. All participants receive a T-shirt, perform at the Cheer Spectacular, and are invited to ride in the Art City Days Grand Parade. Registration will be held April 20 – 21 and April 27th (if needed) at the Springville High School cafeteria from 5 to 7 pm, or at the SHS Finance office during school office hours. Cost is $30 for age 3 up to 4th grade, and $40 for 5th through 9th grades. Cheer Clinics will be held May 31, June 1, 2, 6, and 7 with Cheer Spectacular on the 8th. Participants will also be in the Art City Days Grand Parade on June 11th. THERE IS NO ONLINE REGISTRATION FOR THE SHS MINI CHEER CLINIC.

*Registration is open 24 hours a day and 7 days a week through the Rec1 online system. Users must create a family account and log in to register. If you have difficulties with Rec1 online registration, please call the Rec office during regular business hours at 801-489-2730. If you forget your password, please call and it can be re-set. Please do not create multiple accounts to register your participant. Most registration problems can be solved quickly over the telephone. The Recreation staff can help by phone so coming to the office isn’t necessary (unless you are paying cash or check). Click here for Rec1 Online Registration.

Cash and check payments for registration are accepted in-office at Springville Recreation, 443 South 200 East, during regular business hours.
