Presidential Election Information
The Presidential Election is almost upon us. Below please find dates and other relevant information.
- Election Day: November 4, 2008 – 7:00am to 8:00pm
- Early Voting: Weekdays October 21 – October 31 at the locations and times listed below
Utah Community Credit Union – Hours 1 to 5pm
1364 North Commerce Drive , Saratoga Springs
American Fork Library – Hours 3 to 7pm (3 to 5 on Oct 31)

Utah Valley University, Sorensen Student Center – Hours 10am to 2pm

Utah County Administration Building – Hours 8am to 5pm

Spanish Fork National Guard Armory – Hours 3 to 7pm (3 to 5 on Oct 31)

- Registration Deadline: October 6, 2008
- In-Office Registration: Utah County Clerk’s Office - October 7 – October 20 at 5:00pm
October 20, 2008 is the VERY LAST day to register, and you must register in person at the Utah County Clerk’s Office.
Absentee Ballots: Please call the Utah County Clerk’s Office at 851-8128 to request an absentee ballot and an application form will be mailed to you. Please have all absentee requests made as early as possible and all applications in the mail as soon as possible to ensure your ballot arrives in time for the election.
Am I registered/sample ballots: You may check your registration, obtain your polling place location and sample ballot by going to the Lt. Governor’s web site: http://elections.utah.gov/
You may also call the Utah County Clerk’s Office at 851-8128 to check to see if you are registered.
WE NEED ELECTION WORKERS: As always we need people willing to serve as election workers on Election Day. Hours would be from 6:00am to 9:00pm on November 4, 2008. Pay ranges from $100 for poll workers to $180 for poll managers. Attendance at training sessions is mandatory for all poll workers.
