Library Cards and Fees & Fines
Library Cards
Library cards are free to residents ages five and older and must be present to check out. Non-Springville residents pay $88 per family per year (which may be broken down into quarterly payments of $22/quarter). There is a $2.00 charge to replace a lost card.
