Youthnet is made up of a group of concerned citizens out of the Springville – Mapleton Area. It is a grass-roots based organization dedicated to a positive approach to youth development. Youthnet provides many good programs and activities and the Springville Police Department encourages you to use the resources they provide to assist you in teaching your children good personal and community values.
