We have partnered with Xpressbillpay.com to bring you the ability to sign up for recreational programs online. If you have ever paid your Springville City utility bill online you are familiar with Xpressbillpay and can use your username and password to begin. If you are a new user please take a moment to sign up. Once you have your username and password just click on the “Springville Recreation League Signup” button, select Springville City from the drop down list and you are ready to go.
