Your group will be responsible to put all trash in the dumpsters or take it out with you. Fires can only be lit in designated areas - call before your reservation date to see if fire restrictions are in force.

Damage beyond normal usage and vandalism will not be tolerated. The cost of repairing any damage or vandalism will be charged to your group through the person making and paying for the reservation, including the possibility of court costs and reasonable attorney’s fees. Failure to remit these costs will result in temporary or permanent refusal to accept any reservations from your group or any representative of your group by Springville City Parks. The minimum charge for damage is $100.00.

Parks and pavilion use rules will be enforced by the Canyon Parks staff. Requests of compliance by the staff should be followed immediately. Refusal to follow requests can result in expulsion of the offending party or the entire group from the Canyon Parks.

Group Size

Each pavilion has a group size limit. The limit is based on the pavilion size, restroom size and available parking area. Reservations will not be accepted for oversized groups. If your group is too large you may need to reserve more than one pavilion. Oversized groups may be asked to leave and/or fined up to $150.00
