Golf Cart Fleet Lease
Sealed proposals will be received by the City of Springville, Finance Director, 110
South Main Street, Springville, UT 84663 until 2:00 p.m., March 17, 2010, for the
Lease of Electric Golf Carts.
INVITATION TO BID
Notice is hereby given that SPRINGVILLE CITY INCORPORATED (OWNER) will accept bids for the
construction of the HYDRO PLANT BYPASS PIPELINE MODIFICATION PROJECT according to Drawings
and Specifications prepared by the ENGINEER - HANSEN, ALLEN & LUCE, INC.,
CONTRACT DOCUMENTS may be obtained or examined at no charge by clicking links here.

Bid security in the amount of 5% of the base bid will be required to accompany bids.
Prospective BIDDERS are encouraged to attend a pre-bid conference which will be held at the
Springville City offices located at 110 South Main, Springville, Utah at 2:00 p.m. on February 24,
2010. The object of the conference is to acquaint BIDDERs with the site conditions,
specifications, and to answer any questions which BIDDERs may have concerning the project.

The OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all bids; or to accept or reject the whole or any
part of any bid; or to waive any informality or technicality in any bid in the best interest of the
City. Only bids giving a firm quotation properly signed will be accepted.
Springville City is soliciting sealed proposals for demolition of the existing police/fire station facility, property to the south and properties to the east.
Proposal documents can be obtained from the offices of JRCA Architects, Inc., 577 South 200 East, Salt Lake City, Utah between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. from February 17th until closing. Inquiring firms will be furnished with one set of printed documents and one CD with electronic PDF format documents. There is no cost for the documents, but contractors must register with a valid email address to obtain documents. Bids will be received at the Springville Library, 50 South Main, Springville at 1:00 p.m., March 2nd where bids will be publicly opened.
