October 1st - 5th, 2007 Gene Mangum, Mayor of the City of Springville, together with the City Council proclaims October 1st - 5th, 2007 as Community Action Week: Celebrating Self-Reliance. Springville City would like to encourage all residents to support Community Action Services and Food Bank’s effort by wearing an orange ribbon and doing at least one thing to build self-reliance during Community Action Week.
