This year, the City Council has removed the Winter Parking Permit program and endorsed a list of specific “No Overnight Parking” streets during November, December, January, February and March. This allows for more efficient snow removal operations by the Streets Department personnel. The specific streets named provide a matrix of cleared streets enabling residents to easily move within the City during periods of heavy snow and lingering snow pack.

The “No Overnight Parking” streets are:

- 400 North between 400 East and 800 East
- Center Street between 400 East and 1750 East
- 400 South between Main Street and 1850 East
- 400 East between Center Street and 1050 South
- Canyon Road between 400 South and 2900 East
- 1300 East between Center and 400 South
- 900 East between 400 North and Center Street
- 1700 East between Canyon Road and Mapleton
- 900 South between 1700 East and 800 East
- 800 South between Main Street and 800 East
- 800 East between 900 South and Brookside Drive
- Brookside Drive between 800 East and 400 South
